Halloween Spider Jelly

    Total cooking time: 15 minutes.

Servings: 6

You will need:
  • 8 (16g) Fruit Bowl Peelers
  • 5x 12g leaves of gelatin
  • 1 pint of fruit juice (not from concentrate)
  • A handful of mixed fruit
  • Individual, small jelly moulds
  • Edible eyes
Instructions
  1. Take a quarter of the fruit juice and gently heat in a pan with the gelatin leaves
  2. Stir until dissolved
  3. Once dissolved, slowly add the remaining fruit juice and stir
  4. Take the moulds and place the fruit at the bottom
  5. Pour the juice mix into the mould
  6. Wait until cool, cover and place in the fridge over night
  7. Just before serving, turn out the jellies onto a plate
  8. Peel your peelers so you have 8 strips for each jelly
  9. Push each strip into the jelly (4 on each side!)
  10. Add two eyes onto the top of the jelly to make your spider
