Cornflake Cakes

    Total cooking time: 20 minutes.

Servings: 12

You will need:
  • 60g Corn flakes
  • 40g Golden syrup
  • 50g Butter or Margarine
  • 35g Drinking chocolate
  • 60 - 80g Yogurt Raisins™
  1. Melt the butter and the syrup slowly in a saucepan.
  2. Add the chocolate and stir thoroughly using a spoon.
  3. Fold in the corn flakes until well coated.
  4. Add the Yogurt Raisins™ and mix thoroughly.
  5. Place small spoonfulls into bun cases and leave until cool.
