Peter Sidwell’s Peeler Porridge

    Total cooking time: 10 minutes.

Servings: 1

You will need:
  • 1 (16g) Raspberry Peeler
  • 50g jumbo oats
  • 350ml milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 40g mixed nuts (almonds, pine nuts, cashew nuts, walnuts)
  • Pomegranate essence
  1. Mix the oats and milk in a pan and bring to the boil
  2. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes (stirring will stop it from burning and sticking on the bottom)
  3. Chop the peeler into 6 pieces
  4. Add the chopped fruit bowl peeler, mixed nuts and pumpkin seeds to the porridge and stir
  5. Serve in a bowl
  6. Drizzle the pomegranate essence over the porridge
