Instructions
- Fold the card in half and draw a butterfly wing shape starting and finishing on the fold, making sure the length of the wing is slightly smaller than a Peeler
- Cut out the wing and unfold the card; you should now have a symmetrical butterfly shape
- Take your double sided sticky tape and stick a length in between the two wings
- Place the Peeler on top of the sticky tape to make the body
- Cut out four identical hearts to fit onto the large sections of the wings
- Stick onto the wings
- Now write ‘Happy Valentines Day’ around the edges of the wings in your neatest hand writing
- Take the pipe cleaner and cut off two small pieces to make the antennae
- Very carefully pierce the end of the Peeler with the pipe cleaners. Push them through so they stand up straight
- Give your butterfly to your valentine!

- Pipe cleaner
- Double sided sticky tape
- Coloured foam or card
- Biro
