Total time: 20 minutes.
Instructions
- Open the embroidery hoop and separate the two hoops
- Take one of the hoops and wrap in coloured tape (try using more than one colour)
- Now take the wool or string and tie the end around the hoop and tie a very small knot
- Wrap the wool/string from one side of the hoop to the other, crossing over at different points so you make a pattern
- Once you have created your pattern, tie the end of the wool around the hoop and tie a small knot to keep in place
- To make a multi coloured dreamcatcher, repeat this process with another colour of wool/string
- Cut lengths of your wool/string for the hanging down detail
- Decorate with the beads, tying the feathers onto one end
- Tie the end to the bottom of the hoop
- Repeat with the rest of the lengths
- Now take another piece of wool/string and tie a loop to the top of the dreamcatcher
- Use the loop to hang your finished dreamcatcher above your bed!
