Instructions
- Paint the outside of the paper cup a bright colour, leaving the rim to be painted red
- Leave to dry
- Meanwhile, cut out two arms and legs from the foam or card
- Once the cup is dry, very carefully cut a cross in the base of the cup
- Push the birthday trumpet through the cut cross with the mouth end poking through the base
- Stick the arms and legs onto the cup
- Now stick the two pom poms onto the top of the cup
- Stick the googly eyes onto the pompoms
- Blow the horn!
